About Us
We are so glad you chose our cabin for your getaway. Please make yourself at home and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any problems. Amenities include linens, bath towels, soap, and starting essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, dish and laundry detergents. You are responsible to refill as needed. Feel free to wash linens, towels, or your own garments as needed.
House Rules
- No indoor smoking / vaping
- Please clean up after your pet
- All trash MUST be disposed of in the provided 13G trash bag, and the bag placed in the outside bin.
- No parties or unregistered guests
- No loud noise after 10pm, respect your neighbors
- No illegal activity
- Have fun!
Wi-Fi

TVs
You may install any app, and sign into your personal accounts to enjoy. For your own security please be sure to sign out of your accounts prior to checkout.
Fire Place
The fireplace turns on with the remote mounted to the wall above the thermostat. Please do not touch any other controls. Please do not throw anything in the fire at all. Please do not touch the gas for any reason. If the pilot light is out, reach out to us and we will come fix It.
Washer
Place items in the washer. Close the lid. Rotate the knobs to desired settings. Press the power button. Press and hold the start button until lights illuminate across the dashboard.
Please leave the washer lid open after removing washed items.
Dryer
Check the lint trap, and dispose of lint if present. Add items to the dryer and close the dryer door. Rotate the knobs to desired settings. Press the knob on the right to start.
Please clean the lint trap after drying items.
Dishwasher
Dishwashing pods are located under the kitchen sink. Press a button to choose a program, such as Normal Wash, optionally choose an option such as Air Dry, then press the START button located in the center.
Checkout
We hope you enjoyed your stay. There are just a few things we ask of you to assist our amazing cleaning crew:
- Please place all used towels in the laundry room
- Please dispose of food and trash by putting it in a trash bag, then drop in the outside trash can.
- Load and run the dishwasher
- Pick up after your pet.
- Ensure all furniture is in its original location
- For your own security, sign out of all accounts used on the TVs
- $150 late checkout fee
Community Info
There is a separate binder full of Information about our community. The pool and amenities are accessible with the guest cards left on the counter, or you may purchase a ($10 per person, per day) pass at the Coosawattee office M-F located at:
